buy several goods and services, book tickets for entertainment events.
The service is supplied in this website.

| 2 - HOW TO PURCHASE |

Purchases could be performed with credit card, following the step-by-step modalities in the on-line
purchasing procedure.
Credit card accepted for the payment: VISA - MASTERCARD - AMEX - MONETAONLINE.
You will receive the confirmation of the payment immediately in a proper page and by an
e-mail within few minutes from the settlement of the payment.
You could not receive the confirmation e-mail if you have inserted a mistaken or
invalid e-mail address during the registration.
In any case you could always verify your purchase visualising the proper page
"RECOVER/VISUALIZE RECEIPT" in this Internet website.

out by means of 3D Secure system, which is totally administrated by SETEFI acquirer (IntesaSanPaolo group).
Neither REGULUS nor the Organisers and Merchants know the credit card number, because it is directly managed by
the acquirer. No trace of this number remains in our files, and only the acquirer by means of the transaction
code number can trace it back if necessary.

The product face value may be subject to sucharges for REGULUS's commission fee.
The surcharge may be a fixed quota or an increase per cent.

Tickets and Services
Tickets and services must be collected at organiser box office or Merchant Point-sale the same day or
the day of the event, producing the number of the order that was provided to you at the end of the payment
and in any case in the proper page "RECOVER/VISUALIZE RECEIPT" in this Internet website.
Ticketless ("Home Ticket" or Print@Home)
Tickets purchased with TICKETSLESS functions ("Home Ticket" or "Print@Home") will have to be checked from the
access control gateway.
Goods
Goods are usually delivered to the customer's home by carriers.
Forwarding charges are charged up to the customer.
For foreign countries delivery time will change on the grounds of different place.
As for the forwarding service by carries, REGULUS will be responsible for
the goods only up to when the goods are delivered to the carrier.
After that moment REGULUS declines all responsability in case the goods will not be delivered.

| 6 - USER'S RENUNCIATION |

Tickets
For dispositions of the Organisers, is not possible to cancel the purchase neither
to get a refund of the ticket price nor to change the date or the event.

REGULUS's invoice will be sent exclusively through email.

| 8 - RESPONSABILITY OF THE MERCHANTS |

In case an event was delayed or cancelled by the organizer or in case of not consistent
products/services, the organiser or the merchant himself pledges to refund the
sale face value.
Regulus's commission fee will not be refunded.

| 9 - COMPLAINTS |

All the information about events, good and services of sales included in this Internet website are trasmitted us by Organisers and Merchants jointing to the Regulus's E-commerce service; therefore, eventually
mistakes or inaccuracies are not due to our control. Nevertheless we apologize to you in advance for eventual
problems. You can forward comments or complaints related to our service sending an e-mail
